Nokia

The brief

Create the global consumer TOV and website structure for the new range of Nokia-licensed products.

When launched, the brief was to write and update all Nokia-owned pages and train and manage global content teams, curating content from Europe, India, China, Germany and the US.

The result

I led Nokia to define their proposition – putting the experience first. By creating strict guides for global licensees and setting a higher standard in content across copy, images, AV and interactive, the teams could create a coherent narrative that echoed the broader company’s values.

Defining and refining content that isn’t first on licensee’s lists is a challenge, but one that slowly paid off through better content and growing engagement.

I also led licensee meetings, developing UX and UI and contributed to building an ever-expanding portfolio of products with increasing visibility and brand equity.
