The brief
Sub-edit Puss Puss Magazine.
Nearly a decade ago, Puss Puss was in its kittenhood. With extensive experience in the world of magazine publishing, I was asked to help them become a player in the global style-magazine market.
I did this by informing strategy, writing articles, and sub-editing online and magazine content. And if you're wondering what a sub-editor actually does, it involves rewriting headlines and intros to articles and features, editing body copy and keeping their pool of global fashion journalists on brand with the house TOV.
The result
Puss Puss went from nought to 125K Instagram followers, and selling in every continent, in just over five years. It now features ads and special features by Givenchy, Balenciaga and Chanel - testament to finding its place in the fashion sphere.
I'm back to subbing the print edition of Issue 22 AW 25/26. It features a host of stars from the worlds of music, fashion and film, including Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Abbey Lee, Charlotte Lawrence, Erin Wasson, Erin O’Connor, Myha’la Herrold, Alison Oliver, Olivia Neill, and Lennon Gallagher.
